Innovation & Tech Founder
I am an Innovation & Digital Transformation Manager with a solid background in IT and a strong focus on projects that connect data, technology and business. Today I concentrate my work on Chimera Tech and on SmartSailor, bringing AI and IoT into the world of boating and connected systems.
Professional journey
I began my career in IT and corporate training, working on complex enterprise projects and supporting organisations and institutions in adopting new technologies. A significant part of my path involved developing digital systems for Occupational Health & Safety, integrating processes, platforms and advanced management models. I later broadened my work to innovation management and digital transformation, operating at the intersection of technology, processes and people.
Today I work with organisations and teams to define innovation roadmaps, develop new digital products and experiment with data-driven solutions. In parallel, I am pursuing the entrepreneurial path with Chimera Tech, where SmartSailor is the first industrial project.

Education and certifications
I hold an Executive MBA from the School of Management of Politecnico di Milano, specialized in Innovation Management. I am certified as an Innovation Manager according to the UNI 11814:2021 international standard and the CEPAS SCH130 scheme. I have also earned the ISC2 "Certified in Cybersecurity (CC)" credential, which validates foundational competencies in information security and digital risk management. Over the years I have been a speaker at conferences and events on innovation, digital transformation and applied emerging technologies.
A bit more personal
Sailing and the sea are my natural environment: first as a sport passion, then as a living lab to test technologies and ideas. SmartSailor was born exactly from there, as a concrete response to real needs of safety, efficiency and awareness on board.
